	Bill Ballard, OBE, Chairman Bill's experience in construction is worldwide and extensive in the contracting field with companies, consultancies and manufacturers. His track record spans more than 40 years with particular experience throughout Europe and the Middle East. Bill was awarded the OBE in 1985 for services to Export. b_ballard@constructcorp.net
	Brendan Hand, C.E.O Brendan’s energetic, direct approach is founded on top-to-bottom experience as a Jaguar line manager, MD of first and second tier suppliers and in high-level management turn-arounds. In recent years as the CEO of Sigma QC he has overseen the removal of circa £50 million of cost from the automotive industry. b_hand@constructcorp.net
	Laurence Freed, Sales Director Laurence's experience creating relationships that last with clients, suppliers and staff sets Construct in excellent stead in the industry. He has supplied products to the most prestigious automotive, marine and aircraft manufacturers, and his travel overseas has built up an excellent knowledge of cultures and trading practices internationally. l_freed@constructcorp.net
	Robin Mitchell, Managing Director Robin joined Construct after completing 19 years of service with Landrover. He brings his experiences of helping to reduce costs and drive up quality at one of the world’s most respected 4X4 manufacturers to address the construction industry’s need for leaner and greener processes. 	Rob Anderson, C.O.O. Rob has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. After serving 12 years in HM forces he used the experience gained with the Corps of Royal Engineers to pursue a career in the construction industry. Rob has worked for Taylor Woodrow, Bovis Lend Lease and Balfour Beatty among others, working on a variety of Civil and Building contracts latterly specializing in the rail environment. Having worked on major projects and Framework agreements, Rob is an advocate for the need for change within the construction industry to meet the environmental challenges and the requirement of Clients to deliver quality products more economically r_anderson@constructcorp.net
